ShopYourWay was looking to concept the future-state of their online shopping experience. While they had offerings such as membership and reward points, they wanted shoppers to visit and use the site on a more frequent basis.
The solution that was arrived at focused on enriching a shopper's journey from the point inspiration to the point of purchase. The idea involved integrating social media, news, and games into the retail site itself, creating a shopping community and encouraging interaction amongst users. This in turn would generate a natural excitement to share and buy. I had the pleasure of helping with the user experience, and leading the visual execution of this project.
